  • Q Do you provide training?

    A Yes, User manual and operation video are provided. Support online face to face training.

  • Q How long is the warranty?

    A Three years warranty on host machine is given. Six months free replacement warranty for handles, treatment heads, and parts. 

  • Q Do you have CE certificate, user manual and service center?

    A All our machines are approved by CE, I will email you the CE certification and user manual in the next email :-)
     
    For service center, it's not available in Greece, but for each machine, we provide 3 years warranty for host machine, 6 months for the spare parts. Lifetime maintains and technical support. Any problem, please contact us directly, our professional engineer and beautician can give you the correct guide.

  • Q What certification do you have?

    Our beauty machines have the CE, RohS, MSDS certification which ensures the quality and safety. Our machines are under strict quality management to ensure good quality.

  • Q Can we print my Logo on the products?

    Yes, we can.
